CANCELATION POLICY
Edu Relief Hub’s cancellation policy is designed to exceed state law requirements and be easy to understand: If you are unhappy, dissatisfied, unsure, or do not want to utilize Edu Relief Hub’s service at any time prior to receiving educational materials or guidance, then simply send an email ([email protected]) or call (866) 358-1004 requesting a refund and termination of our services. Refunds are only given within the first 3 calendar days of the executed Service Agreement Date. Once Edu Relief Hub provides access to educational content, training sessions, or guidance, Client shall not be entitled to a refund unless subject to the below guarantee. If at any time, you have questions, please do not hesitate to call or write to us directly.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You are guaranteed 100% reimbursement if you are not approved for your chosen federal program after following our guidance and correctly submitting your application.
Edu Relief Hub guarantees that the educational content and guidance provided will be sufficient for Client to independently apply for DOE-offered programs for student loan debt relief, subject to the following conditions: (1) student loans that Client presents to Edu Relief Hub are original debts, have not been previously combined or adjusted, and have not been previously serviced or worked on by any other student loan assistance company;
(2) Client fully cooperates, is honest, complete, and timely in applying the knowledge provided by Edu Relief Hub and submitting necessary documents to the DOE; and/or
(3) Client does not possess a characteristic that, pursuant to DOE rules or applicable law, would disqualify Client from their selected federal program. Client shall not be entitled to the benefits of this section if Client fails to follow Edu Relief Hub’s instructions, does not apply the provided knowledge correctly, terminates this Agreement, or does not pay Edu Relief Hub. Fee(s) Client paid to Edu Relief Hub will not be reimbursed until DOE gives results of Client’s DOE-offered program status. If Client is not approved through the DOE after following Edu Relief Hub’s guidance, Edu Relief Hub will reimburse the Fee paid (limited to funds received by Edu Relief Hub from Client). All refund requests must be made in writing ( [email protected] ) within 30 days of any denial by the DOE.
